Our newest fundraising event is a Boston Butt sale. "Huh?" you may ask? Our very own Kenny Brockwell has volunteered to slow-cook as many Boston Butts as you order! He is preparing the pork with a delicious Carolina-style sauce and slow roasting it to perfection, then wrapping each portion before delivering it fresh to they gym for pick-up. Have it for dinner that night or pop it in the freezer for an easy and delicious supper on a night you don't have time to cook!
DETAILS: Each Boston Butt costs $20 and averages 6 pounds before cooking.
Orders and payment are due in the lockbox no later than 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, 2009. Pick-up is on Saturday, November 7, 2009 from 12:00 - 1:00.
